Virtual Card

1. Register Your Account
   Go to the registration link and navigate to the “Personal Account” page.
2. Enter Contact Details
   Provide your email or phone number. A confirmation code will be sent to the provided contact.
3. Set Up Your Password
   Choose a password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, and numbers. Special characters are optional.

4. Confirm Registration
Follow the link in the email sent to your address or enter the OTP code received via SMS to complete the registration.

5. Complete the Login Process
After confirming your registration, log in to the system, and you will be directed to the main page.

6. Complete Verification
To finalize registration and access all features, you need to verify your identity. On the main page, use the widgets to navigate to the verification section.

7. Prepare Documents
For identity verification, prepare scans of your passport. Fill out the required fields in the form in English. Verification usually takes between 5 to 15 minutes.

8. Fill in Profile Data
Ensure all profile information is complete. If you registered with an email, you need to verify your mobile number. Go to “Settings” → “Profile” and enter your phone number and the OTP code received via SMS.

9. Open an IBAN Account or Order a Card
On the main page of your personal account, click on the “+” (above the transaction panel on the left side of the screen) and select the product you need.

10. Confirm Account Opening
To open an IBAN account, enter the OTP code sent to your email or phone.
